The Michael Kaslow Team (MKT) was a newly formed realtor team with Edina Realty. A visually interesting brand was needed to stand out from the typical realtor visual presence. The idea was to create a brand with the property buyers and sellers at the center, focusing on their needs and desires instead of the realtor.
What We Did
The client was after a brand that evoked easy and cozy feelings with a sense of reliability. Nothing evokes these emotions like the Minnesota flannel. Creating a visual identity consisting of a strong and versatile logo mark which can be used ‘naked’ or as one of 6 different flannel colors. The brand came to life through our designs for their print and website, ad packages and business collateral, tote bags, and other tangible items.
